The mineralogical collection is exceptionally rich, featuring meticulously curated and impressive specimens that encourage exploration into fascinating topics related to human history and scientific discovery.

Comprising over 1,000 exhibits of crystals, gems, and meteorites from both Italian and international mineral and metalliferous deposits, the collection provides valuable geological insights. Moreover, these specimens have numerous applications in industrial and civil fields and have been used for centuries as natural pigments in artworks and paintings.

Within the exhibition rooms, visitors can admire extraordinary samples such as amethyst, opal in matrix, fluorite crystals, Brazilian topaz crystals, quartz geodes, rubies on matrix, and green aragonite, among others.

There is also an extraordinary showcase allowing you to observe how some minerals change when subjected to ultraviolet rays.
