I am required to remember the following:
1. The activities will be organized in the afternoon between 4.00 pm and 7.00 pm for a duration of 2 hours.
2. The Museum spaces will be used
3. Audience: children between 6 and 11 years old
4. Number of operators: from 1 (up to a maximum of 15 children) to 2 (from 16 to 25 children). The presence of at least one adult responsible for minors within the facility is required; we recommend not to exceed the maximum number of 3 adults (group of up to 15 children)/5 adults (group of up to 25 children).
5. Collaboration between accompanying adults and Museum staff is ESSENTIAL for the success of the event!
6. It is forbidden to bring alcohol, chips, popcorn
7. It will not be possible to bring festoons, streamers, foam or confetti inside the Museum.
8. It is not possible to consume food in the Museum spaces. Make sure that children do not play with the items on sale in the bookshop
9. In case of payment by direct deposit or debit card, it must necessarily be made in the days preceding or on the same day of the birthday at the Museum ticket office. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, the payment receipt must be sent by email to amministrazioneoppelide@gmail.com or delivered to the front office.

Any damage that may occur as a result and on the occasion of the birthday will have to be compensated by the parent or legal guardian.

With reference to goods and equipment possibly brought into the Museum on the occasion of the birthday, the Museum is relieved of any responsibility regarding any damage or theft. The Museum is also relieved of any responsibility for any damage to participants that is not directly attributable to the Museum's behavior.
